Meet Our Founder
RAYMA JAPAL
In 2017, after attaining her Primary Care Paramedic licence to practice in Ontario and working in the field, Rayma was given an opportunity to become a First Aid & CPR Instructor with EMT Canada.
Rayma remembers the moment well! She instantly knew that she wanted to do this!
As a First Aid & CPR Instructor, Rayma taught at the York University Nursing Program, Adult Learning Centres, Early Childhood Education, and Personal Support Worker courses.
After receiving so many great reviews and call backs to instruct, Rayma decided to open her own company in 2022!
Quite the charismatic “people-person,” Rayma’s goal is to make First Aid FUN! She brings an excitement to her courses people have never experienced, and enjoys seeing that “Light Blub Moment.”

HEAD OF PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT, EMT CANADA
Jeff Frenette of EMT Canada develops advanced medical training programs for various institutions and organizations, many of which are federally approved by the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario. He’s also the Lead Instructor at Kitchener First Aid & CPR Training.

OWNER, BARRIE FIRST AID TRAINING
Kevin is the owner of Barrie First Aid Training, serving the Simcoe Region of Ontario. As a fellow First Aid & CPR Instructor with EMT Canada, who absolutely LOVES the great outdoors, Kevin hosts Wilderness First Aid training programs from his Muskoka-based outdoor training facility.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Rob Bayley brings his business background and experience to the fold by helping Oakville CPR and First Aid to scale responsibly and successfully. In addition to his work, he enjoys spending time with his wife & children, and loves training in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!
